Friends with good shoes

My dear friend Deniz visited me at the LaLaLa last week and stayed for a couple of days. She always looks good in all kinds of great clothes but these shoes are especially worth mentioning. Look at these Isabel Marant push-up sneakers she's been wearing here. Everyone at the shoe lounge was super jealous when she was shopping and chatting with me. There is nothing like a friend with good taste, don't you think?

Days of Amstrad

My wonderful dear Nixi shares his geeky knowledge, incredible talent and years of expertise as well as devotion to video games here on Days of Amstrad. He is Hotel LaLaLa's computer and all-things-technology expert who takes care of everything from a simple broken light bulb to a hard-to-pass level in any game on any console. Repetto at Royalalala

Royalalala (Hotel LaLaLa's official street level shoe lounge) has a new shipment from Repetto! My love for granny boots is boosted with this gorgeous pair. They also come in black but this caramel color is my favorite. What do you think?

Minifigures on the walls

I'm back on track with my hotel manager duties today. It's time for more wall decorating! So I looked at my photo archive and found these Lego Star Wars items photographed in the making. I have to say that I'm a proud Lego VIP member. Now our rooms have pictures from the galaxy on their walls!

Cape obsession

I know that I'm posting about clothes a lot lately but I had to talk about my new Topshop cape that arrived in the mail today. I promise I'll go back to my manager duties at the hotel after this one. I've been looking for a nice warm cape since last year and now I have it. This is the one for the late fall weather in San Francisco.

Now back to work.

LaLaLalove red tights

After the wardrobe cleaning, I pulled out some of my favorite looks and tried them on. The first one was the Topshop Kurt Cobain dress. This one is a blue Urban Outfitters skirt which I found in the sale racks for just $10 (and it was the only one left), a Topshop top, brown leather Topshop wedges and American Apparel red tights, which is my favorite part of the outfit.

Hello! It's the manager speaking. My room in the hotel is not very spacious. And of course I live there. I mean it's my home. So I decided to do some wardrobe cleaning today besides my daily hotel duties. And I also decided to share with you some of my favorite clothes that managed to remain in the wardrobe.

Number 1: The Topshop Kurt Cobain t-shirt dress. I just love it.

LaLaLalove Dali

Thought about whose face would look good next to Frida and came up with Dali! Right now at the hotel, all the bathroom doors have those two on the outside.

The first ever LaLaLa sticker competition!

The game is on! First of all, sorry for the extremely late post. You know, it's the high season here in San Francisco and the hotel is super busy. But The LaLaLa is back with what has been promised: STICKERS!

OK, according to the votes on the Hotel LaLaLa product poll, stickers are the most popular. So I present you two beautiful packages filled with 5 stickers - a selection of Hotel LaLaLa characters and posts. Stickers are original illustrations printed at the hotel  and delicately hand packaged. Everything is handmade.

I have a question for you. The first two LaLaLa lovers to comment under this post with the correct answer will get one of the packs mailed to their address. Doesn't matter wherever in the world you are!
